yes, it's a reflection of the spot of light always found in the image of eyes. but it's a long exposure, so it captures the slightest mouvement. this is a relatively new image, never posted before. but i think you are referring to this http://partiallyhere.deviantart.com/art/Ombres-325818808

There´s similar effect , and there´s another your work with similar title - Flying tears , that´s where the strong de-ja-vu came
