first words are about beautiful life but the last word is enigmatic . Medlio ? virtual health insurance card ? Medlio also sounds like italy and it´s also a name , but i can´t find translation if it means anything else .. hmm .. virtual health insurance card for beautiful life / beautiful life with a virtual health insurance .. not a little bit of sarcasm in it.
meglio means better (he has bad handwriting, that's for sure). so all he's saying is that life is beautiful, but the beautiful life is better. maybe in italian it's like in french "la belle vie" means a wealthy style of life/ so he's doing his little, more or less subtle humour. i like it :) your health insurance card story is funny too :D
