Red part may be an anchor , or rising dragon fly , while the mass of white is vengeful spirit , with multitude of skulls as its body , and one large head with a leering grin , it's arms are spread on a sides , like a marionette , but earthlings below , they think it will pick them up , and swallow with it's leering maw
