Fine movement in this - size scale changes in movement making reference to inner landscape of memories . Ferris wheel is ´maailmanpyörä ´in finnish , direct translation for that is worlds´ wheel . Probably because of distant wiew that being on top of the wheel offers .
ah, always interesting to know worlds meanings in other languages, it fascinates me. the memories in this image are very real, for me.. so it's a nice sweet image :)
wonderful - whirling motion on the left going into and being picked up by the standing figure, the change of scale is super and it does represent memory visually superbly - really nice and well-crafted work <3
it seemed to me that movement was very needed for remembering. this is a very old wheel, the only one that existed in my childhood. i don't know if it's still working or not... nostalgia.
