i didn't have much to do with this one, just enhance the blue a little and fade the rest.love it too!
i see this with different emphasis from different screens - on large screen the emphasis is on general composition , and tape and color comes out-
- while on small screen the emphasis is on details , which come out as a kind of visual shock , on contrast to peaceful colors , like markings of scraphnel or some other heavy abrasion

and i looked at it on my phone, it's weird (for me) but you're right!
