no, the top one is the oldest. and then, gluing poster after poster on the wall ruined it. you can still see the umbrella, though :) the ephemeral nature of street art... it has its own life and it's not always beautiful in the end.
Oh , i quessed it otherway round , i thought they had painted with black over the previous posters , but that was not the case . As it is transient nature of the streetart , some one could of course continue from where the work is left , and art it again - one thing with streetart , is getting the work exposed - it's like to be expected it will have a life after
